* Alcohol cannot be sent without the addition of flowers or a hamper and in accordance with the Victorian liquor license the value of the liquor and its container must not be more than 50 per cent of the gift's sale price. Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older and recipient must be 18 years of age or older.
