Thistle & Fern turns One 🌸
We’re turning ONE! And to be completely honest, we can’t quite believe how quickly the last 12 months have flown by….
On Wednesday 15th July, we’re celebrating one whole year since Thistle & Fern began this chapter under new ownership and we’re making a day of it at both our Albury flower shop and Wodonga flower container.
The last year has been full of flowers, early mornings, late nights, big flower days, new ideas and plenty of coffee. We’ve created flowers for birthdays, new babies, weddings, anniversaries, goodbyes and those beautiful “just because” moments.
We’ve delivered thousands of fresh flowers across Albury, Wodonga and our surrounding local areas, and every single order has helped our little local flower business continue to grow.
So… we want to celebrate with you. 💚
Our First Birthday Celebration
On Wednesday 15th July, both Thistle & Fern Albury and Thistle & Fern Wodonga will be open from 8.30am–5pm and fully stocked with fresh flowers.
And because it wouldn’t be a birthday without presents, we have over $4,000 worth of prizes to give away thanks to some seriously generous local businesses.
Anyone who purchases flowers in-store, orders flowers online or places a flower delivery order on that day will have the chance to find a little extra surprise with their order.
There will also be free donuts with every purchase..because flowers and donuts just make sense. 🍩🌸 P.s they are gluten free, vegan & dairy free!

A Very Big Thank You
Taking over Thistle & Fern while six months pregnant was probably one of the wildest things I’ve ever done.
Since then, I’ve had my beautiful baby Gus, learnt more about running a flower business than I ever thought possible and somehow survived Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day with a baby in tow.
But the biggest thing I’ve learnt is just how special our local community is.
Every flower order, every person who walks into our Albury store or Wodonga container, every Instagram share and every lovely review genuinely helps support our little local business and the beautiful team behind your flowers.
We’re incredibly proud to be your local florist for Albury, Wodonga and the surrounding region.
One year down… and we have so many exciting things still to come.
